I apply it over my foundation base on areas I want to brighten. Although I'm almost out now, here are the great things I've found from using it: The adherence is excellent! The color suits my intended use perfectly! The built-in brush makes application convenient! It's very portable! It doesn't dry out my skin! It feels moisturizing at first, but as it dries, it creates a nice coating effect! There are no downsides! Seriously, none! However, if you're looking to use it for blemish coverage rather than as a highlighter like me, I wouldn't recommend it due to its thin consistency.
