I bought this powerful-looking shampoo in a state of panic when my dandruff suddenly got out of control. After trying various shampoos, this one showed the most immediate effect in reducing dandruff. From the moment I used it, the intense sensation gave me confidence that it would eliminate the flakes. It quickly cleared up a lot of dandruff, making it the best shampoo I've used for this issue. As potent as it feels, if it accidentally gets in your eyes, it stings intensely. The price is a bit steep for the amount you get. I was so focused on tackling the dandruff that I didn't notice other effects, but I felt like my hair texture became a bit dry and brittle. I used this shampoo for severe dandruff, but later I tried Nizoral from the pharmacy and found it to be the most effective. If you have severe dandruff, I recommend using this along with a medicated shampoo from the pharmacy! I've found enlightenment with this shampoo. It's truly amazing! I especially recommend it for those with oily scalps!!! As someone with an oily scalp myself, my scalp usually gets incredibly greasy and flaky just after one day. But with this, my hair stays fresh even on the second day! Even if some oil does appear, my scalp doesn't itch, and there's no sign of dead skin cells. My hair feels genuinely lighter, and it's improved my quality of life. I'm in tears... As someone who always had a hot, irritated scalp due to seborrheic dermatitis, I tried everything - natural shampoos, cooling shampoos, you name it. Nothing seemed to help. But this shampoo? It cleared up my seborrheic dermatitis in just three days! The ingredients list isn't exactly stellar, but for some reason... it's so effective against seborrheic dermatitis that I keep using it despite the less-than-ideal formulation. If you're struggling with seborrheic dermatitis, excessive dead skin cells on your scalp, or severe dandruff, you absolutely must give this a try.

Both my boyfriend and I are experiencing hair loss, so we're very particular about shampoos. If the effects continue, I think this price is not at all expensive compared to delivery food. However, since I prefer cooling shampoos, I'm planning to try a different version. I intend to switch to this after finishing my current green tea shampoo from another brand. The lack of a distinct scent and the small volume are drawbacks. Considering the price, I wish there was a larger size option available. The first shampoo that didn't cause scalp blemishes. I've always used gentle, high-quality shampoos, but still got acne-like bumps on my scalp. Decided to try this during an Olive Young sale. The lather is soft and plentiful rather than dense. It cleanses well, adds volume, and rinses out easily, leaving a refreshed feeling. Usually, I shampoo twice - once all over, then again on the nape and above the ears - but with this, once is enough. I noticed it prevents dandruff, which explains the anti-dandruff ingredients. Despite its cleansing power, it doesn't dry out the scalp. This feature alone makes me want to stick with Alpecin Double Effect rather than trying other lines. The scent doesn't linger long, so it's not bothersome even with a masculine fragrance. It actually seems to neutralize scalp odor. I've used hair loss prevention shampoos before, but with this one, I barely see any hair in the drain after washing. While I'm not sure about its hair growth effects, at least it's not causing more hair loss, which is psychologically satisfying. The downside is the price. It would be better if it were 250-300ml instead of 200ml. For someone with slightly less than average hair volume, shoulder-length hair, washing almost daily, it lasts about a month. Those with longer, thicker hair might use it up in a month or less. At 15,000 won per month, it's not an insignificant expense - that's 180,000 won a year... While salon costs are one thing, hair care isn't just about shampoo. Among hair loss shampoos, this one ranks high in cleansing effectiveness. The caffeine seems to help with reducing hair fall. Compared to other hair loss shampoos, it appears to contain slightly more unfavorable ingredients. For women, the same company offers a caffeine shampoo line called Plantur. The cleansing effectiveness is great! As someone with seborrheic dermatitis and a scalp prone to constant blemishes, I found the cleansing power to be truly effective. However, it doesn't seem to have much effect on soothing the skin or reducing itchiness.
