The gel texture absorbs lightly without pilling. I was satisfied to find my eye area feeling moisturized and fine lines less noticeable the next morning. While it provides good hydration, it didn't significantly improve dark circles. The price point makes it challenging to use consistently. - wi*********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 8, 2025
Wow, this is my first time encountering an eye gel instead of an eye cream! The way it absorbs is absolutely phenomenal! This product really showcases why this brand is so special. It glides on smoothly, of course, but more than that - It's like it just melts into the skin, you know? Or maybe it's more like it clings perfectly to the skin? The more you apply it, the more you can't help but go "Ahhh, amazing!" It's incredibly good. It's a great product because it doesn't cause any irritation and doesn't dry out the skin. The quantity... I'm not sure if that's the issue... or if it's just that this tiny thing has such a wicked price tag... Beauty sure comes at a cost, doesn't it? On days when my face feels like it's falling apart, I sometimes apply a thin layer all over my face. It's too expensive to apply thickly though! Still, I haven't experienced any blemishes, and in the morning when I touch my face, it feels more put-together somehow. - ar***********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 2, 2025
I received this as a gift and have been using it. The texture is rich and creamy, giving a luxurious feel when applied. Being in my 20s, I don't have many wrinkles around my eyes yet, so I can't say I've noticed a dramatic before-and-after difference. However, I really appreciate how smoothly it goes on and that it doesn't irritate my eyes at all. The only downside is that while it's quite pricey, the amount you get isn't very generous, which is a bit disappointing. Here's a tip: applying a small amount of eye cream to your neck can help prevent wrinkles there too! - ed*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 24, 2025
It has a thick gel texture, but when applied, it smooths out without any stickiness. The price and quantity... I wish the amount was a bit larger. - ch********Combination SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2025
This product is well-known as a steady seller. It absorbs really well on the skin. I know eye creams are meant for prevention, but... I can't see any noticeable effects at all. - 20******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessApr 29, 2025
Hmm... I guess it's good because it feels like it's creating a protective barrier? I have combination dehydrated skin with redness and super sensitive skin. I'm particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamins, and alcohol ingredients. Pores are a concern, but as I age, my skin's oil production has naturally decreased, which seems to be helping. My skin tends to break out when I use sunscreen, so I'm always on the lookout for hypoallergenic options. So far, the recently released Hera blue tube sunscreen seems to work best for me! I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they make my lips peel. Even the Nuxe natural honey lip balm causes a reaction. For now, Bepanthen lip balm works best for me. Bepanthen is definitely my holy grail product! For hair care, I prefer products that leave my hair feeling clean and fresh rather than those with a moisturizing effect. I tend to favor hair essences over rinses or conditioners. It feels a bit slippery and like it's coating my skin. I'm disappointed that it doesn't absorb quickly. The area around my eyes feels slightly heavy, and there's occasional tingling. - zo*****Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 16, 2025
I love how it applies with a rich, plump texture. The formula and feel suggest it could be effective for wrinkles. It's a good deal when you buy the duo set at duty-free shops, which is why I decided to use it. It's great overall, except that the price is a bit on the higher side if you buy it domestically. - hn*******Dry SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 15, 2025
The texture is slightly salmon-colored, not too heavy but with a bit of thickness that inspires confidence. When applied around the eyes, it doesn't immediately disappear but visibly stays put, which is reassuring! I don't usually use eye creams, but I was persuaded to buy this at an Estée Lauder counter. No regrets though! I have dry skin, and my facial skin is thin, so you can see the blood vessels, and it feels a bit rough due to lack of moisture. Dark circles are also a concern. Since my skin is dry, I've been worried about eye wrinkles too, so I've been diligently applying this cream lately. It's moisturizing with great absorption, yet not too thick, so it doesn't cause my makeup to pill!! I love this so much that I'm applying it religiously every morning and night. It definitely feels like it's providing intense hydration! Thankfully, there's no eye irritation as I was worried about. I've read reviews of people seeing improvements in their dark circles, so I really hope it works for me too... I'll come back with an update on the dark circles after using it for about a month! It's not a major issue, but... like Estée Lauder's essence, some of their products have a rather peculiar scent... This product also has a faint version of that smell. It's hard to describe, but it's kind of musty...? A bit odd...? Anyway, it's not a pleasant fragrance. That's a bit of a hurdle, but I'm using it anyway. It would be nice if they improved the scent, but I guess that's just how it is...? - sh*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityJan 15, 2025
The texture is so rich and plump, it feels like it could help prevent wrinkles. While it can't do much for existing lines, it gives me the impression that it might stop new ones from forming. I'm not sure what went wrong, but after using it for about a week, the skin under my eyes became red and swollen. When I went to the dermatologist, they said it was contact dermatitis. After taking medication and applying ointment for a week, it got better. I didn't think the eye cream was the problem, so I applied it again, but within two days, the swelling started to come back. It's such a shame that I can't use it due to an allergic reaction to the ingredients. - 2c*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 26, 2024
I absolutely love this! Even when I slather it all over my eye area like a panda, there's no irritation. The rich, bouncy texture is fantastic. Once you use this, you won't want to use any other eye cream. That being said, I didn't see any dramatic results. It seems that getting rid of eye wrinkles all at once isn't an easy feat.
