It comes in individual portions, making it hygienic to use! This product is great for when your skin feels dry. Like most cosmetics, it doesn't seem to have miraculous effects. It's also on the pricier side... If you have too much for one use, you can store it properly and use it the next day. I've tried capsule ampoules/serums from both Estée Lauder and Elizabeth Arden. Personally, I'd rank them like this: Estée Lauder (capsules) > Elizabeth Arden Face Serum (capsules) Estée Lauder (capsules) < Elizabeth Arden Eye Serum (capsules - the product in this review) That's how it works for me. Pardon my shorthand for the Arden serum names - they're quite a mouthful! While other Arden capsule serums absorb slowly, this one absorbs quickly and leaves my skin incredibly smooth and soft. Maybe because it's a smaller amount? The eye serum capsules are a bit smaller. It's perfect for winter use. It absorbs rapidly, hydrates well, and creates a protective oil barrier. The price is steep, so I'd recommend buying it when discount packages are available. The hydration is great, and there's surprisingly more essence in each capsule than I expected. It's also free from harmful ingredients, which is a plus. However, it's extremely sticky. It feels like you're applying oil to your face. Even though it's meant for nighttime use, it ends up all over my pillow!

It absorbs well into the skin! I received it as a gift and would definitely repurchase it. The price is a bit steep, but for the sake of good skincare... it's worth it.

It's especially good to use when your skin gets dry and flaky in winter, or when your eyelids feel thin. Even a small amount spreads well, almost covering up to the cheeks. One capsule can last for several days of use. Given the high price, I had high expectations, but it didn't quite meet them for my super sensitive skin. I get atopic dermatitis around my eyes when exposed to cold wind. It's not something I've had since childhood, but developed as an adult. I've been monitoring the symptoms and used this product following my doctor's advice to keep my skin well-moisturized. While I was satisfied on the day of use, I felt like blemishes were appearing afterwards. I think it's because oil-based products don't suit me well. Especially if it doesn't absorb quickly or if I apply too much and it runs towards my cheeks... I'd rather not say. Even though it's a brand famous for capsule ampoules... I feel like I might be more satisfied using it when I'm older and dealing more with dryness than blemishes. For those with very dry skin, you might be more satisfied if you apply this product on top of a highly hydrating product, like you're sealing in the moisture. 
pe*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 10, 2020I've always avoided oils even when my skin was super dry, but I've been using this one that my mother-in-law gifted me last year. I got two large bottles last year and a small one this time. I didn't use it much last year, so I didn't really know how good it was. But this year, I've been using it every night, and wow, it's amazing! My skin has such a lovely glow now. It does take a while to absorb, but that means my skin stays hydrated for longer, which is a lifesaver! When I wake up in the morning, it's like the oil has completely vanished into my skin. Before, when my skin was extremely dry, I had to layer on cream before bed, but now I don't need to do that anymore, which is fantastic! I'm adding more after finishing a whole bottle. Something suddenly occurred to me, so I'm updating my review. The reason I avoided oils before was that I hated the heavy feeling, but this one feels light, not heavy at all. I haven't tried many oils, so I can't speak for others, but this product taught me that not all oils have to feel heavy on the skin. There is one downside though... the price. Sure, I'm using it now because it was a gift, but if my mother-in-law stops buying it for me... As much as I love it, I don't think I could afford to buy it with my own money. Remember, if you have any product left over, you can always use it on your neck, arms, or feet!

It's surprisingly quick to absorb into the skin too. Using one capsule at a time, I find there's a bit too much product just for the face. I bought this at a great price from duty-free... I also gifted it to my mom, and she really liked it. ✔ Texture & Application - It's a capsule-type eye serum with single-use portions. - The product is transparent and has a thin, oily consistency. The single-use amount is more than expected. - It feels quite rich, more than anticipated, so it takes some time to absorb. - I apply it around the eye area about 3 times, massaging it in. There's enough left to apply to the glabella, forehead, and nasolabial folds too. - It's a bit too rich for morning use, so I recommend using it only at night. ✔ Recommendation - Due to its rich texture, those with oily skin might have mixed feelings about it. - It's a great product for dry skin types. - After application, the eye area feels moisturized and fine lines appear slightly reduced. - It's a nice eye serum to gift to parents. There's not much to complain about. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to absorb...
