I've been using this since last winter, and for a moisturizing lip product, it's not sticky at all. It looks beautiful whether used as a base or on its own. I think it would suit both cool and warm skin tones! It's a bit disappointing that the color deepens over time. This effect is even more noticeable when applied to dry lips. I tried using this on its own, but it was a bit too light, so I paired it with Espoir's Petal Punch (which is usually too deep and intense for me!). The combination is absolutely gorgeous, and I've been using it every day.
