A true savior for dry skin! I have dry skin with small bumps. My skin completely flipped out after over-exfoliating to get rid of those bumps. My skin kept getting red, peeling, and wouldn't heal... That's when my sister applied a cream she uses on her toddlers (12 months) for drool rash on my face, and it was so good I bought it. Being a baby cream, it's naturally gentle, and since it's used for diaper rash and drool rash, it worked wonders on my sensitive skin. The texture is super rich, so I use hydrating products for my basic skincare routine (toner, emulsion, cream), and finish with this cream to boost moisture. I've tried many creams, including regenerating ones, but for sensitive and dry skin, I can honestly say this is the best. It seems the reduction in bumps coincided with when I started using this product. (Though not all bumps disappeared completely.) I've never had acne breakouts from this cream either. I wanted to write this review so badly that I even requested for this product to be added to Hwahae. Conclusion: Highly, strongly, absolutely recommended for extremely dry and sensitive skin! No downsides so far. It might be a bit heavy for summer? But I haven't used it in summer yet, so we'll see! For winter, it was truly the best cream.
