As someone with sensitive scalp, I often experience issues when using just any shampoo. However, when I consistently use this product during blemishes flare-ups, it definitely calms things down. I always make sure to stock up on this through international shopping so I never run out. It doesn't make your hair exceptionally soft. You definitely need to use a conditioner or treatment along with it. When shampooing, lather it up, massage it into your scalp, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse it off. - 06****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDec 11, 2020
My husband and I used this shampoo together. We purchased it directly from Coupang. I have typical oily scalp, while my husband has common seborrheic dermatitis. Since our scalp types are different, we've been on a quest to find a shampoo that satisfies both of us. However, try as I might, I can't think of any particularly positive aspects about this product. For my husband with seborrheic dermatitis, who frequently gets acne and complains of daily scalp itching: This shampoo exacerbated his scalp blemishes and dandruff. His scalp remained itchy even after washing. His acne appeared more rapidly, and dandruff became rampant - when he shook his head, it was like a snowfall of flakes. It was as if a volcano erupted on his scalp. As for me, with my typically oily scalp without blemishes: The shampoo seemed almost fragrance-free, but it didn't prevent oil from quickly building up, leading to an unpleasant greasy scalp odor. I didn't experience any other issues, but its cleansing effectiveness was poor. I never felt like it properly removed the oil, leaving my hair constantly limp. It's been a while since I've used a shampoo with so few benefits. The only upside was the generous amount - we ended up using it to clean makeup brushes, sponges, and remove dust from plastic combs.
