The adhesion isn't great when wearing makeup, so it's best to apply them when you're staying in or before bed.

I've been using this consistently since middle school, and among acne patches, Acwin is definitely the best. It's excellent for calming blemishes. The patches are thin and come in a good size, which I really appreciate.
