I decided to try Omega-3 supplements since pharmacists often recommend them. I chose Solgar's Omega-3 because of its reputation. After taking it regularly, I definitely feel like my immune system has improved. Knowing it's good for blood circulation and anti-aging, I feel like I'm doing something beneficial for my body, which motivates me to keep taking it consistently. First off, I love that it comes in a glass bottle. It's less likely to spoil, and even though I store it at room temperature, I feel more at ease. The expiration date is incredibly long too - I've never seen a supplement with such a long shelf life! What's fascinating is that unlike typical omega supplements, this one doesn't have that fishy smell. Plus, the EPA-DHA content is higher than other supplements I've tried, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the pills are quite large. I'm a bit worried they might get stuck in my throat!

With minimal additional ingredients, it's easy on the stomach and seems to have some noticeable benefits. That's why I keep taking it consistently. These days there are many plant-based omega supplements, but I don't think they're as effective as this one. There's a slight fishy smell. I've been using products from another brand I received as a gift lately, so I haven't been taking Solgar. However, being a Solgar product, I can trust it completely. The quantity is also more than sufficient! The issue is that the pills are just too large. They're difficult to swallow, and the fishy aftertaste that lingers is unfortunately unavoidable.

As expected from a trusted brand, I felt confident choosing this Omega-3 supplement. I've heard that even doctors take Omega-3 supplements, so I decided to try it out. Among the ones I've tried, this is my favorite Omega-3 product. It's been verified by various sources and is from a popular brand, which gives me peace of mind when taking it. While individual packaging would have been nice, I understand that individually wrapped Omega-3 supplements are significantly more expensive, so I can overlook this. I was a bit concerned about oxidation from opening and closing the bottle, so I took extra care when consuming them. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. Please store the product away from direct sunlight. I frequently take Solgar Omega-3 as it's a great product. I really like it! Solgar Omega-3 is a bit challenging to carry around individually.
