The capsules are small, making them easy to swallow. The bottle is compact, which is great for storage. I didn't notice any significant effects on my immune system or skin.

I heard zinc can help with skin itchiness, but since it's a high dose, I felt uneasy taking a whole tablet. So I split them in half. Not sure about the effects since they're not visible to the naked eye, but I figure it must be helping somehow. I only took them for 3 months because I heard it's not good to take them for too long. I think 3 months was the recommended max. That peculiar slightly sweet taste that comes up when it's mixed with water...
