* 1 year / Taking 2 pills daily I started taking this not for joint issues due to my young age, but for skin beauty purposes. While taking it, I feel my skin has become more supple. MSM offers good results for its affordable price. The advantage of Solgar's product is that it uses verified OptiMSM as its ingredient. It's also reasonably priced. The pill size is extremely large. Even though I don't have a particularly small throat, it's difficult to swallow in one go. I was searching for an MSM product and decided to try Solgar's! Solgar is well-known, and their MSM is said to be particularly effective. I'm planning to take these consistently since they're supposed to be good for joints. Haven't noticed any effects yet though. The pills are so large that I end up choking every time I try to swallow them.

The glass bottle is great as it allows you to see how much product you've used and how much is left. It offers good value for money in terms of effectiveness. While there are pricier MSM products out there, this one delivers great results for its price point. The pill size is average, but it's still not the easiest to swallow. Consistency is key with this supplement. Taking it on and off might be worse than not taking it at all.
