It feels smooth when applying and since it's a hybrid formula, I liked that it doesn't leave a heavy white cast or feel too oily. It makes my skin feel nicely firm, so it should work well as a base before makeup. The slight white cast is fine on the skin, but it's a bit disappointing that it turns bluish when it gets on the eyebrows. Even though it's a hybrid formula, applying too much at once can still make you look pale, so it's better to layer it on in multiple thin coats. - h0********Normal SkinSensitive SkinJul 14, 2025
I didn't experience any blemishes right after application or even until the next day. It barely functions as a sunscreen. I applied it and went out on a sunny day, but I still got a bit of a tan the next day. Unfortunately, this product doesn't seem to offer adequate sun protection. While it's great that it doesn't cause breakouts, its primary purpose as a sunscreen appears to be lacking. For those with sensitive skin prone to blemishes, it might be worth considering as a lightweight moisturizer, but you'll need to pair it with a more effective sunscreen for proper UV protection. - ks******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJun 28, 2025
Apart from the low price at Daiso, I'm not sure... I can't even remember why I bought it. - Absorbs terribly, very thick and hard to spread - The scent is unpleasant. I'd prefer if it were unscented... - Slight tingling sensation in the eyes after application - The worst part is the blemishes that appeared I'm older now, so I rarely get blemishes anymore, but after using this, I got a big one. A friend even asked if something was wrong. Not using it means no blemishes and no eye irritation... - yk******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJun 26, 2025
The price is reasonable and it's convenient to use. It's easy to carry around. It's quite thick, making it difficult to apply. Even after applying basic skincare, it's still stiff and doesn't spread well, clumping and feeling heavy overall. It's literally just a basic sunscreen without any additional benefits. If you're going to make a purchase, I'd recommend getting the brightening moisturizer sunscreen from the same line instead. - ja*******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 19, 2025
It seems like a decent product that's easy to use. I'm fairly satisfied with it. I can't think of any drawbacks at the moment. It's reasonably good for everyday use. - gl********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJun 18, 2025
I forgot to bring my sunscreen, so I picked this up at Daiso. It worked out pretty well for me. I applied it on my face, neck, and arms, and fortunately, it didn't cause any blemishes. Perhaps because I used to use a hydrating sunscreen before, this one felt a bit stiff when applying. Considering it's a 5000 won product from Daiso, the amount seems quite small and I'll probably use it up quickly. It would have been more reasonable at around 3000 won. For a budget-friendly option, this sunscreen from Daiso performs adequately. While it didn't cause any skin issues, the texture might feel a bit dry compared to more hydrating formulas. The value for money could be better, as the quantity is on the smaller side for its price point. - re******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsJun 16, 2025
The good point? Well, I'd say the price is wallet-friendly. That might be the only thing. A sunscreen that gives you bang for your buck, perhaps? Personally, I found the texture a bit stiff. It finishes with a matte look, which feels a bit awkward to me. - ju******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 16, 2025
It feels so natural! Plus, you get a generous amount for such an affordable price. Talk about great value for money! It's thicker than I expected and leaves a noticeable white cast... I wanted a sunscreen without a white cast for my face since there's already a color difference between my face and neck. But this one either has a strong white cast or it's a brightening moisturizer... Either way, it makes my skin look noticeably paler. I recommend squeezing out a good amount of sunscreen and applying it with a sponge! It works well under makeup and doesn't leave a white cast. - my*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 16, 2025
I bought this after hearing good things about it For its affordable price, it works well as a sunscreen I have sensitive skin, but I used it without any blemishes I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, and surprisingly, it doesn't have too many additives It seems to stick to the essential ingredients for a sunscreen It absorbs well for oily/combination skin I have combination and dry skin, and I use it daily in summer It's great value for money, and there's nothing to complain about with this product The translation maintains the friendly, consumer-oriented tone of the original text while incorporating synonyms from the provided list. I recently switched to this sunscreen... It's pretty decent, but since I haven't been using it for long, my overall impression is still mixed. The texture, however, is quite nice... It might feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin
