- Great for applying anytime, day or night, as it doesn't contain exfoliating ingredients. - My skin doesn't react well to hyaluronic acid but loves green tea water. This toner has no hyaluronic acid, so my skin felt incredibly comfortable. - Free from ingredients that can trigger fungal acne. - Instantly softens and hydrates the skin without any stickiness or heaviness. The texture is absolutely perfect. - Excellent value for money with a generous amount. - Klairs products maintain consistent formulations for years after launch, so no worries about discontinuation. - Some people might find purchasing 500ml at once a bit daunting. It would be nice if they offered 250ml or travel-sized options. - This is an excellent toner for everyday use. Highly recommended for combination dehydrated skin and oily skin types. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2024
I mainly use this as a watery toner. It's suitable for combination dehydrated skin without causing major blemishes. Nothing particularly bad, but for a watery toner, it's not exactly cheap despite the large volume. When my skin feels dry, I pour it into a fine mist spray bottle and use it as a facial mist. It works great! - hs********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 26, 2024
A decent toner. It's more hydrating than Sidmool's green tea toner, which is better, but it's just okay overall. It works well in a mist bottle too. While sheet masks and exfoliating toners are great, I used this to replenish moisture after washing my face. I've found that's the best way to use products with green tea water. You can simply spritz it on your face before applying other products without any issues. It's also nice to spray on both your face and a cotton pad for a gentler exfoliating toner experience! The price... and there's no significant benefit. Absolutely avoid using it over makeup. It causes pilling. - ml*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2023
It's wonderfully moisturizing and has great ingredients. Even worked well for my blemish-prone skin! I can't think of any downsides. It didn't seem to cause any blemishes either. - tj*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2023
The large size is convenient as you can use it generously. I'm using it both as a toner and a mist! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I just hope this toner doesn't get discontinued! It's a great value for money when used as a mist replacement - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 25, 2021
A liquid product with a water-like consistency and light, fluid moisturizing ingredients that effectively calm the skin. Nothing too extraordinary, but it's incredibly affordable and lasts a long time. The product is non-irritating and suitable for all skin types. It's really great! It might not provide enough hydration for dry skin. It only moisturizes without any noticeable additional benefits. - ar********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 19, 2020
Warm tone, shade 21, dry skin type Reason for purchase: After trying Dear Klairs sunscreen and being extremely satisfied, I wanted to try all their products. So I bought this generous-sized exfoliating toner. Experience: It works well as an exfoliating toner. The texture isn't runny, but it flows smoothly and absorbs well into the skin. Price: I ordered it from the official website using a birthday coupon. Since it's an exfoliating toner, I didn't expect it to be super hydrating. It's suitable for everyday use. Scent: There's a slightly refreshing fragrance, but it's not overwhelming. Overall: It's a solid choice for an exfoliating toner. There's not much to dislike. However, it could be a bit more hydrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 27, 2020
It's fantastic as a skin pack, and I love using it in an empty mist bottle for hydration! I've been using this brand for 4 years now after being drawn to its vegan formulation and beautiful packaging. It's truly amazing! There's honestly nothing to complain about. It would be great if they had a promotion where they bundled it with an empty mist bottle! I recommend using it in an empty mist bottle or keeping it in the fridge for a refreshing, cool application! - mi******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2020
Hydrating yet non-sticky, with a texture that absorbs gently into the skin. It's not runny like water, but still provides ample moisture. After absorption, there's no residue left behind - just pure softness and hydration. This kind of formula is surprisingly hard to find. It's a game-changer that functions as both an exfoliating toner and absorbs well. (I'm on my 4th bottle!) Absolutely none. There are genuinely no drawbacks. If I had to add something just to meet the minimum character count, I suppose it would be nice if they released a smaller travel-sized version...? But honestly, I have no complaints. I just hope it never gets discontinued! This is a flawless toner that can be used in any way imaginable. It might sound like an advertisement, but I assure you it's just my honest opinion. Please, let's all use this together! I want to keep using it for a long time. I hope it becomes a massive hit so they'll keep producing it for years and years to come... - kg******Combination SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2020
I have combination dehydrated skin, prone to clogged pores, and my skin doesn't agree with hyaluronic acid. Among countless hyaluronic acid toners, I've discovered a gem! I used to use the Derma Repair toner, but when it was discontinued, it felt like a bolt from the blue. I was barely getting by with Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum samples while searching for a new toner. However, Sulwhasoo seemed too rich for me, and non-cystic blemishes started to creep up again. My skin, which had just stabilized, was on the verge of breaking out once more. I looked at highly-ranked toners on Hwahae, but most contained hyaluronic acid or were too watery to provide sufficient hydration. Then I found this product with ingredients very similar to the Derma Repair toner, so I decided to give it a try, albeit with some skepticism. The result? I'm absolutely thrilled! It provides just the right amount of hydration without being greasy at all, and my skin that was about to break out is calming down again. Currently, my routine has settled into Dear, Klairs Daily Hydrating Water -> Ducray -> Primera Organic Emulsion in moderate amounts, and my skin is improving. I highly recommend this to those who don't get along with hyaluronic acid. There are no cons. No, really, there aren't any. I'm telling you, there are none. The volume is incredible. In summer, I decant some into an empty bottle, keep it in the fridge, and use it for a skin pack. It helps cool down my face and feels great!
