This has been my holy grail eyeliner for 4 years now! Switching from a brush pen to gel might be tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it's amazing! The brush is sturdier than a pen, making application easier. Unlike watery brown brush pens, this gel liner has a distinct, rich texture that really showcases its unique advantages. The built-in brush, unlike other gel liners, makes it perfect for touch-ups on the go! The quantity is so generous that it often expires before I can use it all, making it great value for money. The staying power is excellent too, with only slight fading at the outer corners over time.
Having to clean the brush after each use can be a bit of a hassle. I don't clean it daily, but if you leave it too long, residue hardens on the brush, making application uncomfortable at the outer corners. So make sure to clean it regularly! It also tends to smudge quite a bit, often leaving a panda-like line in the aegyo-sal area, as if you've applied heavy eyeshadow there. However, you can minimize smudging by applying white eyeshadow or powder heavily around the eyes. For touch-ups, it's easy to remove with a finger or cotton swab, so I continue using it despite these issues.
