The inconvenience of use is an issue. Since it's a cream in a jar, dust can easily get in. Also, when I tried to carry it around to apply on my hands, it's a bit runny for a cream. It moves around inside the container, so it ends up all over the lid. Apart from the packaging concerns, I had no complaints about the product itself.

The texture is neither thin nor thick, and it absorbs quickly. After applying and gently massaging, it sinks right in. However, it doesn't feel like it evaporates instantly like some moisturizers do. It provides ample hydration and richness. That's why I particularly enjoyed it. The consistency is interestingly fluffy and bouncy.
