When it comes to hold, most hairsprays do a decent job, but the real issues are often the scent, stickiness, and harmful ingredients. 1. This product has a subtle herbal scent (or it's almost unscented?), which is great because it doesn't make you wrinkle your nose and doesn't interfere with the fragrances of other styling products like wax or curl creams. I put effort into finding wax with a scent I like, so it's frustrating when a strong-smelling hairspray overpowers it anyway! 2. I'm always wary of hairsprays because many have harsh ingredients, but this one is free from harmful substances according to Hwahae standards. It's reassuring to use a product you can trust. 1. It's inconvenient that it's not available for domestic purchase and has to be bought through international shipping. The price is also on the higher side, which is a drawback. 2. The spray bottle has a pump-style nozzle which can be cumbersome, and if you don't use it for a while, it seems to solidify inside and break. I've found a solution by transferring the product into an Airapa compressed spray bottle (or similar). I bought this because I heard the ingredients were good, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it stays in place. It sprays evenly without clumping. I don't have any major complaints so far... Though it would be nice if they offered a smaller size that's more portable.
