I discovered this brand because of its famous celebrity ampoules, and after trying the calendar set, I repurchased a few items. The texture is like a slippery mucus, but I loved how quickly it absorbs. There's a slight stickiness, but not enough to be bothersome. Each vial contains 2ml, which seemed small at first, but when I actually used it, it was quite a generous amount for one application. They recommend using the entire vial in one day if possible, so I kept reapplying. I loved how my skin seemed to drink it up, leaving a firm and supple feeling. It takes a while to use up a whole vial, but I think it's great as a special care treatment. Compared to other ampoules, it was a bit pricey, which was a concern. The glass vials were also somewhat inconvenient to use. These days, many brands offer plastic ampoules, but glass ones are tricky to open and dispose of. They say it's made of medical-grade glass, but even that can't prevent tiny glass particles from forming. Some retailers provide a safety cap to filter out glass dust, but even with the cap, I occasionally felt small particles on my hands, which worried me. Each ampoule contains 2ml, which is actually more than you can use in one or two applications. Some say you can use the safety cap as a lid and use it for more than a day, but I felt uneasy about that. It does provide some hydration. The price is reasonable too. After applying, my skin feels an intense burning sensation. I used to boast about my 'steel skin' that could handle any product despite being dry, but this is the first cosmetic that's made my skin feel so hot and irritated. I felt compelled to write my first-ever cosmetic review just to strongly discourage others from using this. I'm truly amazed by this product! When I apply it right after exfoliating and go to sleep, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth the next morning. If you use this for a few days before an important event, your makeup will go on beautifully too. It really works hard for your skin! The downside is that it comes in an ampoule format, so once you open it, you need to use it all. The quantity is a bit much to use in one go, so I split it into two uses. However, this means it's exposed to air, which isn't ideal.

Even though I know collagen can't actually be absorbed by the skin, I still use collagen cosmetics for that signature plump-looking effect they give. As expected, like other similar ampoules, the ingredients are really not good. If a product like this came out in Korea, it would be the fast track to company bankruptcy! Glass bottle ampoule. The placebo effect of these 'spa-like' ampoules is so strong that the mind overcomes the body's actual sensations. Even if it's junk, it's fine if you think it's fine, but if you start thinking about the ingredients while applying it, it feels like you're putting trash on your face. Sigh. I bought a ton of ampoules that aren't even listed on the Hwahae app and use them whenever I'm bored. Let's not trust those Naver blog reviews anymore. - be*******Normal SkinJul 23, 2016
My skin feels wonderfully hydrated and supple. I got it at a discount thanks to my friend's recommendation, and wow, it's been a game-changer! It's enough for about three uses, but once you open a bottle, it's unclear what to do with the rest.

The collagen ampoule truly makes your skin feel firmer after application. The scent is lovely too! I wish the ingredients were a bit gentler. Ironically though, it works wonders for my skin. Among the famous ampoules, I think Barber is the best. For maximum synergy, apply this before any face mask. Alternatively, apply this and then spritz on plenty of facial mist for plump, hydrated, and supple skin.

Even though some say the ingredients aren't great, it works wonders for my skin. That's what matters, right? Absolutely fantastic! It's a bit inconvenient to buy through overseas shopping to get it cheaper, but that's the only way to make it affordable. It's just too expensive in Korea, unfortunately. After using the mask, you can apply an ampoule or just layer on a hydrating moisturizer. Either way, you'll notice a difference in your skin the next day!
