It doesn't remove heavy makeup in one go. So here's a pro tip for you: 1st Cleanse: Apply directly to dry skin and massage. For minimal irritation, use 1.5 to 2 pumps. Then, add water and continue massaging to emulsify. Don't rub too hard! 2nd Cleanse: Use just a small amount, about 1/3 to 1/2 pump, mixed with water to create a lather. Focus on areas where makeup might still remain. I usually target my eye area since mascara tends to be stubborn. Follow this with your regular foam cleanser, and you're done! Everyone, I might be the only one who knows this trick (if not, I apologize)... You know how annoying it is when steam fogs up your bathroom mirror?
