Oh my, did everyone get theirs from Daiso too? I bought mine in a rush at Daiso. The esthetician told me to go foundation-free, so I popped into Daiso and grabbed this when I saw it labeled as a foundation-free product! The coverage is surprisingly good. When I first applied it, I was like, "Wow!" I use shade 21, and it does a nice job of evening out my skin tone. These days, I just slap this on and head out. Mind you, I used to be someone who couldn't leave the house without a full face of makeup! Now I just dust some powder over this, and I'm good to go. Darkening is unavoidable, I guess. I've never come across a sunscreen that doesn't darken at all. Still, it seems to hold up better than tone-up sunscreens, though I'm not sure how it'll perform in summer. I'll update my review after using it more. For a prettier finish, try patting it on with a puff as you would with foundation. Since the coverage can come off when you pat with a puff, layer it on areas where you need more coverage.
