I used to use Rimmel's apricot eye pencil for my waterline after seeing Risabae always using it, but I gave up because it had poor staying power and was too soft to apply easily. When I saw Benefit released an eye pencil specifically for the lower waterline, I immediately bought it. The staying power is satisfactory so far. Of course, it's hard to maintain the initial application perfectly, but that's unavoidable given the nature of the lower waterline. The pencil is incredibly thin, making it very comfortable to apply to the waterline, and I experienced no irritation or discomfort in my eyes. I especially liked that it's not a sharpening type - you just twist it up, which is very convenient. While it does make my eyes look somewhat refreshed, there isn't a huge difference, so I don't find myself using it often. Also, I think it's way too expensive. It feels like a waste to invest so much in such a minor detail.
