I've heard that sensitive skin needs a strong skin barrier. I highly recommend this product to those with super sensitive skin.

I can't think of any significant drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, maybe the fact that you have to scoop it out with your hands? They say you can use a small spatula, but I found that bothersome and ended up using my fingers. I wonder if a pump dispenser would have been more hygienic?
