Well... I'm not sure if it actually provides the eye-lifting effect as the product name suggests.

I was captivated by the Ice Bear product at Olive Young a while back. Its cooling effect makes it perfect for morning use. It leaves a nice hydrated finish, and I've found it works well not just around the eyes, but also on the nasolabial folds and around the mouth!
