I've used 218 successfully too. While I use various products and don't always finish them, I've come to prefer a slightly dewy look with a bit of texture rather than applying thick layers for mask-proof wear. Post-COVID, achieving a good skin look has been quite stressful. Though there are mask-friendly products, the inevitable creasing and imprints are frustrating after careful application. So, I've started focusing on light skin-evening finishes. This product strikes a nice balance - it's comfortably matte without being too dry or shiny. It applies well with a brush, and for higher coverage, I layer it thinly with a puff or blender after a base application. It breaks down beautifully, and I'm satisfied with the result. I'm most concerned about the ingredients. While daily makeup necessitates certain components for performance, it's frustrating when products with less-than-ideal ingredients offer superior adherence, longevity, or coverage. It makes it hard to completely avoid them. I recommend applying a thin layer with a brush, then building coverage with a wedge sponge or beauty blender. For those with dry skin, using a damp blender works best. It matches my complexion perfectly and evens out my skin tone. It applies thinly with great adherence, leaving neither a glow nor a matte finish - just a natural skin-like feel. I prefer a slightly sheer coverage that allows a hint of my natural skin tone to show through, but this provides a bit more coverage and less glow than I'd like. A reliable foundation with a yellow base, good coverage, and decent staying power. I wasn't particularly impressed with the color. While it has good coverage, you still need to use concealer. It's a nicely hydrating foundation that works well even in winter The coverage isn't as good as I expected. It gets a bit better if you apply multiple layers

The application and adherence are great. When applied with a puff rather than a brush, it goes on very smoothly and thinly with a nice, firm texture. The coverage is disappointing... If only the coverage was better, I would have used it despite the high price... The price point is also a letdown.

I've been using this foundation for 7 years, even through its reformulation. The main reason I keep coming back to it is that despite my combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone and enlarged pores, it doesn't settle into my pores. I'll likely continue using it in the future. The coverage is a bit light, and it can feel slightly dry on the cheeks (though this might be due to my combination dehydrated skin). I've been using this product for 7 bottles now. It's thin and looks natural. Because it's so lightweight, it doesn't look messy when it wears off. It keeps my skin hydrated. The price is a bit high. The coverage is minimal, about 1%, so if you have blemishes or scars, you'll definitely need a concealer. This is perfect for those who enjoy a natural makeup look. Even though the foundation itself doesn't have a particularly dewy finish, it doesn't cake up when applied, which I love! The adherence is great, and I think I'll be sticking with this foundation for good! The color also blends seamlessly with my neck, so it seems to be the perfect match for me. I'd recommend this to those with light warm undertones who usually use shade 23! For those with fair skin who typically use shade 21, this might be a bit dark for you. When applying makeup, it can sometimes look patchy around the nose area. To combat this, I lightly apply cushion foundation on my nose before using this product, then after applying it all over, I gently pat any excess from the puff onto my nose. I use shade 23, and it only gives a slight brightening effect, so if you have fair skin, you might want to go for a lighter shade! Recommended for those who prefer a lightweight application. It doesn't transfer much when you put your face against your phone. Perhaps due to its light and thin application, it doesn't provide much coverage... It also seems to fade quickly. I used it with a concealer because of the low coverage.
