Nothing really. I just bought it because I felt uneasy about only using body wash, but it wasn't worth it. I hadn't had a vaginal infection for years, but as soon as I used this, I got one. Damn, I didn't realize it was because of this product. I went to the doctor for treatment, and when I used it again after a long time, the symptoms immediately came back. Won't use it again.
