This eye makeup remover comes in a cool blue case! It has a gentle formula that effectively removes eye and lip makeup. I used it with a cotton pad. I tried the Lancôme eye makeup remover on mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, tint, and lipstick. It gently removed everything without irritation. There was no stinging around the eyes or lips, no burning sensation, and it left my skin feeling fresh and comfortable after use. I loved that it didn't cause any blemishes around my eyes or lips after using it. Since eye makeup remover directly contacts the delicate eye area, it can sometimes cause tingling or burning, but this remover didn't sting or irritate at all. I could use it worry-free, which was great. After using the remover, my eye and lip areas didn't feel dry, but instead felt hydrated, which I really appreciated. The price is a bit steep, but other than that, there's nothing to complain about with this remover! The oil and water layers are separated, so make sure to shake well before using the remover! If you use too little on your cotton pad, it might irritate your skin when removing makeup. Here's my review after using it for about a month and a half! Compared to other cleansing oils, there's absolutely no burning sensation in the eyes, and above all, it's a product that makes you feel like you're using something luxurious. The cleansing effectiveness is quite good too. I especially use it when I've applied heavy makeup. The scent is also refreshing. The price... the price... the price...!!!!! That's the biggest issue. There don't seem to be any other drawbacks...
