The scent is strong but not overpowering at all. At first, it smells a bit like a toner, but the floral notes make it incredibly fresh! It's so useful to have in the bathroom as it doubles as an air freshener for the whole house! The soap comes with a foaming net, which appears to be made of natural materials, so you can use it with peace of mind. However, the product itself lathers up so well that I don't really need to use the net separately. When using the soap, you get that squeaky clean feeling, which makes me think its cleansing effectiveness is really good. Although it feels like it might dry out your skin quickly due to that squeaky sensation, it seems to provide some hydration, perhaps thanks to the added birch sap. (My skin is quite dry, so I still use hand cream though.) I'm reassured that even the packaging is made of natural plastic, showing they really care about nature and ingredients! As it contains artificial fragrances, it can be difficult to use on sensitive areas of the skin. I mainly use it on my hands and feet, and I love how the scent lingers! Soaps tend to get mushy over time, but storing it in the foaming net helps prevent the soap from softening too quickly.
