I started using this after YouTuber Lee Na-yeon recommended it. The lather is incredibly rich and abundant, and the fragrance is both refreshing and luxurious, making shampooing a truly enjoyable experience. Those who scrutinize ingredients might find it slightly disappointing. It's hard to recommend to those sensitive about clean beauty due to ingredients like silicones and surfactants. The shampoo produces a gentle lather and has a surprisingly long-lasting fragrance for a shampoo. I had high hopes for this hydrating shampoo, but it fell short of my expectations. Instead of feeling like each strand was coated with moisture, it left my hair feeling oddly damp, as if I'd just stepped out into the rain despite thoroughly drying it. It's not the fresh, bouncy feel I was hoping for, but more like laundry that's been hung out to dry during a rainy season - not quite dry enough. As someone with naturally wavy hair, I noticed it actually enhanced my frizz and made my waves more pronounced, but not in a good way. While it feels soft to the touch, visually it looks unkempt. Overall, the sensation reminds me of laundry that's been washed with too much fabric softener during a humid spell - it's not the crisp, hydrated feel I was after. The lack of freshness is particularly noticeable on my scalp, which feels uncomfortably damp. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, it's important to note that this product may not provide the balanced hydration you're looking for. The shampoo's inability to effectively manage oil and moisture balance could potentially lead to scalp issues or increased frizz, especially in humid conditions.

At first, I didn't notice, but gradually my scalp and hair texture deteriorated. Although it initially left my hair feeling clean and refreshed after washing, I cannot recommend this product. - The scent is unpleasant. - I used this product consistently for several months starting last summer. By winter, my hair started falling out at the slightest touch and became so tangled that no amount of brushing could detangle it. My scalp was covered in scabs. This had never happened to me before, and I realized the shampoo must be irritating my scalp, especially as the weather got drier. - After switching shampoos, all symptoms disappeared and my hair loss reversed. - Curious, I checked the ingredients on Hwahae. While I wasn't concerned about common ingredients like sodium compounds found in cheap supermarket shampoos, I noticed many harsh ingredients towards the end of the list, including salicylic acid for exfoliation. As someone with sensitive skin, I usually avoid products with salicylic acid. It seems using this harsh, exfoliating shampoo for months gradually damaged my scalp and caused hair loss. Don't be fooled by claims of oxygen supply and refreshing finish - if you don't want to ruin your scalp, avoid this product at all costs. This harsh, irritating shampoo with exfoliating properties can cause sudden, severe hair loss, scalp damage, and extreme tangling when used consistently. Only recommended for those with extremely oily and resilient scalps. While the effects may not be immediate, it seems particularly harmful to the scalp and hair in the long term, especially during dry seasons.

The cleansing effectiveness is excellent, of course... I keep repurchasing it. If there's one flaw, it's the price. It's definitely something I'd love to receive as a gift.

As someone with an oily scalp, I'm always concerned, but this silicone-free formula with great ingredients works wonders. My teenage daughter and I, both prone to greasy hair, are loving it. After shampooing, there's a noticeable moisturized feeling rather than dryness. I didn't even need to use a separate conditioner! The fragrance doesn't last very long. It's a subtle floral scent! I just wish it would linger a bit longer. Apply plenty of foam to your scalp and leave it on for at least 1 minute! It lathers well and has great cleansing effectiveness! I also love the slight cooling sensation. The smell is really not great. While it works well, the scent is disappointing, so you might need to use a separate hair mist. Despite the unfortunate smell, I have to admit it leaves my hair feeling like silky seaweed after washing! A trustworthy L'Oréal product! After using only the white bottle, I wanted to try something new. It's great as expected. The scent is lovely too. It feels like it provides a bit more hydration. Package: The purple packaging looks elegant in the bathroom. It's slightly transparent, making it easy to check how much product is left. Scent: I'm quite sensitive to fragrances and don't like strong, artificial scents (they make me queasy). However, this product has a unique, subtle fragrance that's satisfying every time I use it. To me, it feels like a slight blend of floral and powdery notes. Lather: I prefer shampoos and foam cleansers that lather well, and this product delivers excellently! I'm very satisfied. With hair reaching my upper chest, about 1.5 pumps are sufficient for a thorough wash. Scalp care: As it's marketed as a scalp shampoo, it seems to be quite effective. After use, there's no residual feeling on the scalp, and I've never experienced itching, stinging, or blemishes. I bought it for my mom because I liked it so much. I love L'Oreal hair products, but this is my first time trying their hydrating shampoo. My skin type is dry, so I'm serious about moisture management, but I hadn't even thought about scalp hydration. When it dawned on me, I looked around and found this product. After using it, I can say I'm satisfied overall! 💜 Packaging The purple container is transparent, allowing you to see the contents inside, which is great. The color is pretty, and the design is attractive too. 💜 Texture It's clear in color, but even with just a small amount, it lathers up really well and feels soft! I don't like it when shampoos are too slippery or too stiff, but this one has a noticeable hydrating feel. 💜 Hydration True to its name as a hydrating shampoo, you can really feel the moisture. It's especially good for use in summer when the scalp tends to get more irritated. 💜 Scent The fragrance is a subtle floral scent that's not too strong, which I personally like. ✔️ Volume The amount you get for the price is really small... I shampoo twice, so it runs out faster than expected. A larger size option would be necessary.
