Skin: I have acne-prone combination skin that's very sensitive and thin, prone to irritation. Product: It's been incredibly helpful in reducing scars. The deep acne scars on my cheeks have disappeared without laser treatments. Though expensive, it's worth every penny. Cons: Absolutely none. Really, none at all. If scar reduction isn't your goal, you might not need this. I heard it's being discontinued soon... Why are they discontinuing it? During seasonal changes, if your skin feels too dry, try mixing it with Physiogel cream in a 1:1 ratio. This combination provides both scar reduction and hydration benefits! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2021
The Mix-in Injection Cream from Dr. Bae has finally hit the shelves! I've been eagerly anticipating this regenerative cream, which uses a patented microneedle technology inspired by snake fangs to enhance skincare absorption. I've been using it for about a month now. In the past, I've tried various microneedle creams, but they were too harsh on my skin. However, Dr. Bae's formula doesn't cause any tingling sensation at all. That's quite an achievement if you ask me! The texture is fantastic - it absorbs well and glides on smoothly, leaving a fresh feeling. Despite its lightweight consistency, it's not runny, which I appreciate. You know that feeling of carefully rationing out a tiny bit of that expensive cream your mom brought back from abroad? It's just like that! A little backstory: I once sent some special oil-based creams and tingling sheet masks to a close friend who runs a skin massage salon. He said it would be challenging to use products that cause a tingling sensation on his clients. (Apparently, they use a complete set of French skincare products worth about $3000 for treatments there...) This time, I gave him a sample of this cream to try. He was so impressed by its effectiveness and the technology that prevents excessive tingling that he wants to try it himself before anyone else! I didn't find anything particularly disappointing about this product. However, I gave it to my younger sister, who has severe acne, to try. Her skin showed significant improvement in just a week. Since I have relatively normal skin without any acne, I think it might be more dramatically effective for acne-prone skin like hers, compared to my experience after a month of use. For reference, I use another brand's cream as my night cream. I sometimes mix this with that cream or apply it as a final step after my night cream. This method helps the moisturizing effect last even longer. - 08***Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2020
So, my mom brought this product home from somewhere, and I was curious since I'd never seen it before, so I decided to try it out. Since it's registered, I felt responsible to write a review, but wow, is that price for real?? I had no idea since there wasn't much information available. That's insane. When applying it, there's nothing particularly amazing or terrible about it. Mom mentioned there might be some tingling at first due to micro-needles, and if I focus on it, I do feel a slight tingling... It's kind of like when you stare at a wound and suddenly it feels sore - that kind of feeling, you know? The scent is pretty neutral, barely any fragrance at all. Maybe a hint of shea butter? The finish feels fresh. I usually have a lot of dead skin cells and combination dehydrated skin, so this alone doesn't cover it, but it's fine when layered with other products. Oh, but I'm not really sure about the texture... I actually just checked some blogs for reference, and interestingly, they say it's heavy, which is the opposite of what I experienced? Confusing. It doesn't feel sticky to me at all. If that price is real, I'm not buying it. (I looked it up out of curiosity, and it is real. There's a 40% discount, but still...) Also, that tingling sensation...? That could potentially be risky for some people.
