I do apply the Etude House fixer first, but I was impressed that it didn't smear or change at all even after being out for over 10 hours. I just happened to try it at home, and later my friends also said it was a really strong (?) product.
ConsI'm also not very good at applying mascara... The clumping seems too severe. I really don't like the brush. 😢
