I decided to buy this product because it doesn't contain dimethicone or PEG, and many reviews mentioned it's gentle on the skin. Although the ingredients were supposed to be good, they didn't seem to suit my skin. The day after applying, my face turned red and I experienced such intense itching that I wanted to scratch my face. Inflammation appeared almost instantly, making my skin bumpy. I bought it for around $60, which now feels like a waste of money. The shade #3 has a strong reddish tint, so it can be described as having an ochre tone.
