It feels moisturizing and removes makeup effectively My skin seemed to become sensitive... I checked the ingredients and found mineral oil... Sigh... Mineral oil at this price point... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 30, 2020
Among cleansers, this cleansing balm is considered the best. I used to use only this for a long time, believing cleansing was the most important step. However, you won't feel its benefits if used alone. When you wipe with the included muslin cloth, it helps remove whiteheads to some extent, exfoliates dead skin cells, and effectively removes makeup. It even takes off stubborn lip tints. As someone with large pores all over my nose and cheeks, I found this helpful. There were many times I'd just use this without double cleansing when I felt lazy, thinking it was sufficient. While I'm 100% willing to repurchase, the price is quite steep. I'll have to wait for a month when I don't need to buy anything else and get it as a treat. Also, the ingredients list is slightly disappointing. One muslin cloth per 100ml seems insufficient. I recommend either getting extra cloths when purchasing or buying additional ones separately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2020
For extremely dry and dehydrated skin, this is the ultimate cleansing product. Famous as Park Soo-jin's go-to, I've been using it consistently for 5 years, especially during spring, fall, and winter. Just one cleanse removes makeup completely without residue, and leaves skin feeling hydrated even after washing. Unlike cleansing oils or creams that sit on top, this provides deep moisture that truly nourishes the skin - it's absolutely fantastic! While it didn't cause any blemishes on my sensitive skin, there are 5 ingredients to be cautious of. And the price is painfully high! The gentle particles are great for exfoliating sensitive skin without irritation. If you take your time massaging it during the emulsification process, you'll end up with silky smooth, 'peeled egg' skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 22, 2020
It melts incredibly smoothly on the skin. The balm texture is slightly softened from the start, making it easy to scoop and apply. It effectively removes even point makeup. After cleansing, it leaves a long-lasting, non-slippery hydration. It's expensive. Perhaps due to its intense hydration, daily use can lead to small blemishes, so I only use it occasionally as a special care treatment. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2020
I bought this overseas and when I use it, I really feel like my skin becomes clearer. Apply a small amount to dry skin, gently massaging it in, then wait about 5 minutes before rinsing with warm water. It removes makeup so thoroughly that you don't even need a second cleanse. The price is a bit steep, but it lasts longer than expected, so it's not too bad. Since it's not in a tube, you need to scoop it out, which means you should be mindful of storage and hygiene. Try to purchase it duty-free or abroad! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 1, 2020
I have combination dehydrated skin! 1. I received this as a gift and tried it out. The balm-type particles effectively remove makeup evenly from my face. 2. It has excellent cleansing effectiveness, even removing makeup from deep within the pores. 1. I wouldn't recommend splurging on expensive products like this. After all, the ingredients aren't great, starting with PEG. I'm only using it because it was a gift. 2. Using a washcloth is a bit of a hassle, so I'm just wiping it off with tissues. 3. I'd recommend using a good quality Korean cleansing balm instead. 1. It's best to use an eye makeup remover first before using this. Since it's a balm type, rubbing it all over can spread eyeshadow glitter across your entire face. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2020
It removes makeup well. I'm not sure about the ingredients though... It's expensive and the scent isn't great. If you wear heavy makeup, you'll probably go through it quickly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 27, 2019
I've been using this product for over 5 years. The price is quite steep, but considering one jar lasts 10 months to a year, it's a cost I can justify. Using about a thumbnail-sized amount, it melts beautifully when rolled onto the skin, adapting to your body temperature. Since I don't typically wear heavy makeup, it removes everything effortlessly. After cleansing, your skin doesn't feel squeaky clean, but rather smooth and silky. This sensation might be unfamiliar to first-time users or those who prefer a more stripped feeling. Personally, I love how it seems to preserve my skin's natural hydration. While there's nothing I dislike about the product itself, the muslin cloth that comes with it starts to fray at the edges after about 10 uses. The fabric weave becomes looser, though it doesn't affect the cleansing process! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinNov 30, 2019
Even though I don't wear much makeup, this seems to remove everything (I only use lipstick and powder). It contains small particles that might be exfoliating, as my skin feels smooth and hydrated after use. I'm very satisfied with this cleanser, but I deducted one star because it's quite expensive. The downside is that it's pricey even when purchased from home shopping networks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 28, 2019
This is a cleansing balm that you massage onto your skin and then wipe off with a muslin cloth. The muslin cloth really helps with dead skin cell removal, and it's great at removing even heavy makeup. I used to use cleansing oil, foam, and soap separately, but since I started using Evbrom, I only need one product, which is so convenient. What I love most is that there's no tightness after cleansing - my skin feels hydrated even before applying any skincare products. That's what I'm most satisfied with! The price is a bit disappointing... While it's good, it seems overpriced for what it does. On home shopping channels, they claim you don't need to rinse with water afterwards, but I always do because I feel a bit uneasy otherwise. I'm not sensitive to fragrances, but the scent might be polarizing for those who are more sensitive. Here's a tip: Soak the muslin cloth in hot water, wring it out well, then place it on your face and gently press. It's like a mini facial! Although the muslin cloth is great, I only use it 2-3 times a week and just rinse with water the rest of the time. Even if it's gentle, it's still some form of exfoliation, so it's best not to overdo it.
