  I have a fair, thin, and cool-toned skin in my late 20s. I bought a concealer in shade 00 as I have some redness around my nose (it tends to get flushed when I smile). I had to wait a month for the delivery, but after using it, I found that it is fragrance-free and applies thinly, providing a transparent and natural coverage (not too oily or matte, and a few strands of hair may stick to it when it's windy). The skin finish is smooth (it evens out some unevenness even without a primer). I'm not sure about the transfer-resistance, as I haven't tested it on black clothes, but it seems to work fine.
