Pros
Personally, my skin is very thin, so my capillaries are all visible, and in cases where the temperature difference between summer and winter is severe, it turns red and inflamed. I tried it as a sample and loved it so much that I bought it and have been using it myself. It's a toner, but unlike regular toners, it has a viscous, runny liquid texture, so when you apply it, it doesn't evaporate and is very moisturizing and absorbent. When it feels a bit dry, layering a small amount multiple times seems to make it last longer! This is the toner of my dreams!!
Cons
