  Pros

  First off, it provides a cooling effect on skin that's become red and sensitive due to blemishes, instantly calming the acne and reducing redness.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something, the product instructions say to leave the mask on for about 10 minutes before washing off. If you leave it on longer than that, the cooling effect disappears and your face starts to feel dry. This is more of a usage tip than a drawback though.

  Tip

  Personally, I prefer wash-off masks, and I especially like this one because it both soothes blemishes and provides a cooling effect. I usually apply it for about 10 minutes after cleansing when I get home. Sometimes I'll just use it as a spot treatment on areas where blemishes have popped up, or I'll use it in combination with other masks on different parts of my face.
