Being a mist, it's wonderfully hydrating and so convenient to use It's far too tingling and irritating. Even if just a tiny bit gets on my lips, it feels almost numbing - a2*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresJan 31, 2023
Even though Dermalogica is known for being good for oily skin, I don't think this product is right. Despite not having sensitive skin, it stung a lot when I first applied the toner after washing my face. Too much product comes out with just one spray. I even got more blemishes after using this! The scent is okay, and it does make my skin feel softer, but I don't think it's worth the price. My face feels really tight every time I spray it on and let it absorb. Also, foam gets on my face with each spray, which I find off-putting. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 15, 2021
I first started using this in 2005 and I've been consistently using it ever since! After using an exfoliating toner with AHA from another brand, I generously spray this Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner and let it absorb. Then I follow up with essence, emulsion, and moisturizer. I love that it's free from artificial fragrances, so it doesn't irritate my skin. There's a subtle, natural scent from the ingredients that's quite reassuring. It's gentle, hydrating, and gives a cool, soothing effect that I really appreciate! I've seen some reviews mentioning it's inconvenient to spray, but I find it okay. While the nozzle design doesn't provide a fine mist like some sprays, I don't mind since I pat it in to absorb anyway. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 5, 2021
I use it for cleansing and I love that it doesn't cause any blemishes There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, nothing at all - di*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsApr 16, 2021
The bottle is quite generous, haha! The spray power is really impressive. It's a solid, reliable toner. A few spritzes and it's all absorbed (recommended for oily skin types). It stings my eyes so badly... When you spray it, it inevitably runs into your eyes, but should it really be this irritating? - bo*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2020
I've been using this product for 4-5 years now. I bought it when my skin was super sensitive and I was constantly breaking out. Other toners left my skin feeling deeply dry, but this one feels completely different from the moment you apply it. It's like it creates a protective layer on your skin. Some might not like this sensation, but I love feeling shielded. Plus, it doesn't cause any blemishes. It's absolutely fantastic. The bottle lasts a really long time due to its generous size. The scent is pleasant too. There's honestly nothing to complain about. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 24, 2020
It felt refreshingly cool on my face, like splashing sparkling water on it. It's quite expensive... Compared to other toners or skin products, it's much pricier, and I'm not sure if it's really worth the cost. - jh*****Dry SkinAcne SkinSep 15, 2020
I'm not sure about the positive aspects. I only used it once and washed it off almost immediately after applying. I never thought my skin was particularly sensitive - just a bit dry with occasional blemishes. But as soon as I sprayed this on, my face started burning and hurting intensely. I've never had such a reaction to skincare before, so I was really shocked. After enduring it for about 30 seconds, I rushed to the bathroom to wash it all off. My friend was puzzled, saying it didn't affect her at all, but I'm not exaggerating - after cleansing again, my skin was visibly red and irritated, as if it had a severe allergic reaction. I'm not sure which ingredient didn't agree with me, but I'm certain there must be others who might have a similar incompatibility. - ma****Oily SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2020
The spray format is convenient to use, and about three spritzes provide just the right amount. It's pleasantly hydrating, so in summer I often skip essence or emulsion and just use this alone. It occasionally gets in my eyes, which can be quite irritating. Also, it doesn't seem particularly budget-friendly. - em*****Dry SkinMar 12, 2020
This toner has an incredible strength in soothing blemishes. When used as a skin soother, you can really feel how it calms your skin texture. The pump is like an old-fashioned sprayer, making you squint every time you use it, and it doesn't distribute the product evenly.
