This moisturizing cream was great for use in the dry fall and winter seasons, even though it tends to be more suitable for oily skin types in the summer. The oil-moisture balance was just right. It seems to have a nice glide and absorbs well. I've been using this product for several years now and it's been great - it's just the right amount of lightweight and doesn't cause any trouble.

Pros
I bought this last winter and purchased it again this winter. It applies smoothly, moisturizing and refreshing. The pumping applicator is great. As a cosmetics nomad for over 10 years, this is the first time I've repurchased a product. It's gentle, applies well, and didn't cause any skin issues! I think it would be good for sensitive skin types as well.
Cons
The price is a bit high considering the volume. Also, I feel it has a slightly drying effect when applied. I'd like to find a face oil or a compatible moisturizer that works well with this.
Tip
When I apply this and use a cushion, it feels nicely moisturizing. The foundation sponge glides on smoothly.

Pros
I started buying this after seeing it used at the dermatologist's office for the first time. I've been using it for several years, and the moisturizing is just so-so. I have combination and sensitive skin, but I don't get more acne... The moisturizing is average.
Cons
I'm a bit worried because Hwahae says there are 4 bad ingredients in this. (+Addition) I switched to a natural cosmetics line after using this, and it's much better. This one was kind of harsh, and the fragrance was strong too. I used this for years based on the belief that it was used at the dermatologist's office, but I always wondered why my skin never got rid of the acne... The ads make it seem like a gentle, sensitive skin-friendly product, but that's not really the case with La Roche-Posay. I rated it 2 stars, and this time I switched to Sidmool and Witch's Factory. Personally, I don't recommend La Roche-Posay either. The La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water Mist is decent though.

Pros
I have an excellent combination of dry and sensitive skin. Regular creams don't seem to hydrate my skin well, but this one is surprisingly light, even though it's described as 'rich'. It's lightweight yet provides great moisture! As a dry-skinned person, I usually have to apply heavy, thick creams, which often lead to breakouts - a total nightmare. But this product is so gentle that it doesn't cause any trouble. Even products like Physiogel and Uriage creams, which are known for being mild, tend to break me out. But I'm really satisfied with this one as it hydrates without causing any blemishes.
Cons
It could be a bit richer :) It doesn't seem as rich as I expected, but the hydration is good, so it's not a major issue;)
Tip
I don't use a separate essence, so I just apply this cream twice after toner, and that seems to make my skin even more hydrated and nice
