It's a shame that some The Face Shop stores don't carry certain products.

I've been using this product for a few years now for my combination skin.
I like that it doesn't leave any residue on tissues.

I feel like it doesn't cleanse well. I have to double cleanse after using this product.

Despite having sensitive skin, I've been using this product without any issues. It seems to be non-irritating.

It's just like putting cleansing cream in a lotion bottle.
I thought it would be milky, but I was fooled.
It hardens too quickly, and after just a day, it's dried up and caked around the opening, about an inch thick.
Worst of all, it's unbearably stinging, and the moment it touches my eyelashes, I feel like I'm going blind.
It's so oily that even wiping it with a tissue doesn't help much.
I'd only recommend this to someone who uses cleansing cream but doesn't want it to get on their hands. As for me, I absolutely hate cream-type products, so bye-bye.

There's not really anything disappointing. It's just really great, but the price is a bit high, though I understand since the product is good.

This feels very oily, and it completely removes even eye makeup. When I've applied a lot of glitter, it doesn't quite remove that, but it gets rid of most things. Even mascara comes off. And it's a bit runny, so you can just wipe it off like lotion, which is really convenient.

I bought this in a hurry during a sale, and I literally only used about a third of it before just leaving it behind when I moved. I felt so bad about leaving it.

This product shocked me so much that I vowed to never use anything like a milk product again.

The cleansing milk is not heavy and easy to use without burden.

Apply the Mihansoo Cleansing Milk all over your face -> Gently pat with a tissue to remove some of the oiliness -> Wet a sponge with water and use it to further remove any remaining oiliness. Voila! 👍 (You can find these sponges at Daiso or drugstores)

Lazy people may not like this product.. Cleansing can be a hassle (check the tip in the 'good' section for how to use cleansing milk!)

The product was a watery lotion-type, so it was moisturizing and slightly oily, which I liked. I generally prefer oily cleansing products because makeup products contain oils, and oily cleansers are much more effective at removing makeup residue compared to water-based cleansers. Oily cleansers also work well for all skin types, so I would recommend using an oily cleanser even if this specific product is not your preference. This cleanser's moisturizing and oily properties seemed to effectively remove makeup residue and fine dust.

It was good that it removed well, but there was too much oil and greasiness, so it was inconvenient to cleanse.

The eyeliner, mascara, and eye makeup were nicely removed, which I really liked.

It feels greasy and doesn't seem to rinse off properly, leaving a residue on the skin... not recommended.

Even if I bought it on sale, I would have regretted it if I had bought it at the regular price. In conclusion, it caused me trouble. The makeup doesn't come off easily either. Since this is my first time using a cleansing milk, is it normal for there to be no emulsifier? Without an emulsifier, even after double cleansing, an unpleasant slippery feeling remains. If the second cleansing product doesn't rinse thoroughly, the slippery feeling will likely persist. I'm not sure if this is due to it not being properly removed or if this is just how it is.

The formulation itself is like a lotion, so it's easy to apply and doesn't run when applied. Although I'm sensitive to fragrances, the scent is pleasant. The price is also affordable.
