I've never experienced a nose pack that removes sebum and blackheads so effectively without irritation... I thought it might have harsh ingredients because it dissolved so well, but the ingredients in Step 1 are actually fantastic! A true blessing for oily, pore-prone skin! Just look at the photos... They speak for themselves!
ConsIt can't completely extract deeply embedded sebum. Even if it's drawn out after softening, the sebum deep inside would only partially come out even with intense pressure. That's because those plugs are usually larger than the pores themselves. So let's make sure to clean and tighten our nose pores once or twice a week!!!
TipGo to the Skinmiso website to apply. Based on the reviews, it seems quite a few people find it doesn't suit them. Step 2 is just average with mostly alcohol-based ingredients, so I only use it for cooling and opt for Sidmool's pore gel instead. The tannin in chestnut tightens pores - I received it as a gratis from Sidmool and was worried about the large quantity, but it's perfect for this! (It's also great to use after a pore brush) The sample I requested only included Steps 1 and 2, so I haven't tried Step 3. Looking at the ingredients, it's mostly silicone and acts as a primer, so I won't be using it. It seems crazy to block the pores we just cleared with silicone, doesn't it? There's no reason to use a primer unless you're about to apply makeup. I'd rather use the natural ingredient primer that Manyo Factory used to have... It definitely reduces sebum production.

The third step could even work as a pore primer. The first step really plumps up the pores overall, leaving the skin smooth and nice.
ConsAfter using the first step, when removing the softened sebum, it felt like there were still some roots left behind, which wasn't completely satisfying. However, this might be unavoidable. Also, when applying the second step after sebum removal, it stings quite a bit, possibly because it's all going into the opened pores. I didn't notice a gradual reduction in sebum production even with consistent use.
TipThe first step contains a generous amount of essence. I cut the pack into a nose strip shape and soaked it again with the essence from step one, using it in two separate applications.

I was used to only using peel-off masks, so I was a bit skeptical about how well this would work. But surprisingly, it was quite effective!
ConsHowever, it doesn't completely remove all sebum when used with a pore extractor, and not all blackheads come out.
