While I haven't repurchased this product yet, I will. It's effective. After squeezing it out, I dab it on with a cotton swab and once it dries, I apply the red spot cream - oh, it's so effective! It calms down the next day. Solid product.
Cons
Hmm, I'm almost out of it now. The volume is a bit small, but I'll still repurchase it.

I've lost count of how many bottles I've repurchased because I feel anxious without it and have to buy it whenever it runs out. I use it before bed every night without fail. I just found out through the Hwahae app that it contains some questionable ingredients, but oh my gosh, I'm still going to keep using it! It's really trustworthy - it helps calm down my skin after extractions at the dermatologist and makes my skin feel great when I wake up.
Cons
Hmm, you really have to cleanse thoroughly when using this. Just wiping with a gentle cleanser isn't enough. I feel like it's a bit irritating when I cleanse. And the ingredients... And the price!!!! I use this along with the Nexcare pimple patches.
Tip
I'm not sure about how well it works on unextracted pimples, but it's great for calming down extracted pimples. It really soothes the inflammation, you know? The black cotton swabs they used to include were really nice, but now they don't provide them anymore, so I just use regular wooden cotton swabs... It's a shame to have to buy them separately. I kind of want to betray Cicaful at this point.

Pros
After squeezing out the pus-filled acne and applying it, I was able to see the calming effects the very next day. When my acne was severely flaring up, applying this and sleeping helped it improve significantly.
Cons
The only downside was that the powder tends to clump when I wear makeup.
