The scent was also right up my alley!
ConsIt doesn't produce a rich lather, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who prefer a foamy cleansing experience.

The aspect I loved most about the Aveeno body wash after using it was its pleasant scent. Despite being labeled as lavender-scented, it's not the typical calming, floral lavender you might expect. Instead, it has a refreshing aroma that's perfect even for summer use. To me, it smelled so fresh and sweet, almost like bubblegum. I was pleased that the subtle fragrance lingered after use. As for cleansing effectiveness, it performed well, and the hydration level was average. The lather was slightly thin rather than rich and creamy. I appreciated that it didn't leave any residue after rinsing, and it didn't feel overly oily. As someone with oily skin, I enjoyed the light, refreshing moisturization it provided.
ConsI wish the lather was a bit more abundant. It didn't foam up much, so I had to squeeze out a generous amount twice onto my loofah. I prefer to use body wash with a rich lather for a gentle cleanse, so the lack of foam was a bit disappointing.

After a long day, showering with Aveeno body wash feels like washing away not just skin stress, but the day's tensions too. The soft lavender aroma creates a truly relaxing experience. Hydration: Typically, when choosing body washes, I prioritize value for money and fragrance over hydration, figuring I can always moisturize afterwards with a body emulsion. However, most body washes I've used, while smelling great, left my skin feeling dry. That's when I discovered Aveeno body wash. Unlike others, this product leaves your skin feeling supple even after toweling off, as if you've already applied a body emulsion! It's been a long time since I've used a product with such impressive hydrating properties. I'm usually skeptical about the moisturizing claims of body washes, but with this one, the hydrating effects are immediately noticeable and truly satisfying.
ConsThe fragrance doesn't linger for long, so if you're looking for a scent that subtly persists after your shower, you might find this slightly disappointing. Also, it doesn't produce a rich, dense lather, which might not meet the expectations of those who prefer a foamy shower experience.
TipFor those dealing with dry or rough skin year-round, I highly recommend this product. It maintains its hydrating effects even after rinsing!

It maintains hydration even after washing, and offers great value with a generous amount for the price.
ConsPersonally, I didn't care for the artificial lavender scent, and it doesn't produce a rich lather.
TipRecommended for fall and winter use.

A truly stress-relieving sweet lavender scent I usually dislike lavender scents... I was using Dove body wash, which I personally loved. However, for summer use, its fragrance felt a bit heavy, and I started to dislike it after continuous use. But this one, true to its name... Stress Relief... It has a sweet lavender scent that really helps you relax. Among all the body washes I've tried, this one has the best fragrance. 2. Non-watery texture Some body washes are so liquid that they drip when you squeeze them onto a loofah. This one, however, has almost no watery feeling for a body wash. I liked that it doesn't drip much. 3. Gentle ingredients and effective cleansing without irritation I have what you might call 'chicken skin' on my legs - I've lived with this for 2n years. While my skin isn't extremely sensitive, my legs are quite bumpy. When my skin gets dry, this condition worsens, but with this product, I could maintain smooth skin without needing to apply additional emulsion! 4. Surprisingly light and comfortable This product is perfect for use right now. I think in winter, using this alone might leave you feeling a bit dehydrated.
Cons1. Lather amount At first, I thought the amount I squeezed had fallen to the floor. The lather wasn't as rich as I expected. And while the foam is very soft, it's more... how should I describe it... definitely a new feeling. This was the aspect I found most disappointing. 2. Lack of squeaky clean feeling I actually like that squeaky clean feeling you get with soap, but should we not expect this from body wash? This product also lacked that feeling, which was disappointing.

I have sensitive and very dry skin. Except for the hottest summer days, I always apply body emulsion after showering. My skin is so dry that even after applying, the moisture doesn't last long. I've been using another body emulsion and wash for a long time, but honestly, I'm sticking with it purely for the scent, as it's not very moisturizing. It's also quite expensive. I use oatmeal grain masks on my face because oatmeal has excellent moisturizing properties. It also has anti-inflammatory effects, which is great for people like me with sensitive skin and atopy. Since my skin reacts badly to forced exfoliation, I prefer gentle moisturizing to help shed dead skin cells naturally, so I love oatmeal! The Aveeno emulsion and wash contain this oatmeal. This Relief line seems to be formulated with lavender to help with soothing, stress relief, and relaxation. Interestingly, it has a very thick, sticky texture. It lathers reasonably well, and after use, it feels gentle on the skin. While it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling, it's nice that after showering and finishing up, you can feel that not all the moisture has evaporated, similar to using a mild acidic cleanser for the face.
Cons(Oddly, it has a fresher scent than the emulsion) If I had to pick one thing, I wish it lathered a bit more luxuriously, but even gentle cleansing foams don't lather much, right? I guess that's why. Personally, scent is important to me, and this one isn't very strong. This might vary from person to person. I'm not sure about the relaxing effect.
TipMaybe it's just me, but when using both the wash and emulsion products together, the moisturizing effect seems to last longer compared to other products. (Though it still doesn't last very long for me because my skin is so dry) For those with very dry skin like mine, try mixing it with coconut oil! It makes the hydration last even longer! It's great for sensitive, dry skin types like mine during seasonal changes! For those with oily skin, it might be good for winter use!

Scent The fragrance is pleasantly subtle, not overpowering. Unlike the perfume shampoo I bought last time that had such a strong scent it made me dizzy, this one has a gentle aroma. If you're someone who prioritizes fragrance, this might not be for you - it's almost unscented once you've dried off. 2. Hydration It seems to focus more on moisturizing than cleansing. Even without applying a separate body emulsion, my skin didn't feel dry or tight. As someone prone to dry skin, I appreciated not needing to use an additional moisturizer. With stronger cleansing body washes, I always had to apply an emulsion afterward. 3. Quantity The amount you get for the price is really generous. Other products are often expensive with less product, running out quickly. This one offers great value for money, allowing for economical use over time.
Cons1. Cleansing Effectiveness It doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling. Rather than being a powerful cleanser, it seems to be more of a gentle, hydrating wash. 2. Lather While the amount of foam was sufficient for me, it doesn't produce as rich a lather as some other wash products.

ConsI can't really think of any downsides. If I had to pick something, I'd say it doesn't produce a rich lather
