  The lotion-like smooth application...I don't have 20 words to fill, but I just use it when I want to cleanse my face gently once in a while.

  The BB cream doesn't wash off well. After washing my face, I saw that the BB cream was still there, so I had to double cleanse with another product. Even though I don't apply it thickly, it doesn't wash off well, so I don't use it much.
