ConsIt gets too dry right after wiping off the water. That's why my sebum seems to come back even more later.

I never had any particular skin troubles with it, and it lathered well, had a nice fragrance, and cleansed my skin nicely - it seems like a good cleanser. It seems like it would be especially well-suited for combination skin types!
ConsThese days, there are so many affordable yet high-quality products available that there's really no need to be too attached to department store brands. The price premium doesn't necessarily translate to dramatically better performance.
