After shampooing, lightly squeeze out the excess water, put on vinyl gloves, and apply the dye to your entire head while lying down. Don't use conditioner or treatment. The dye itself will act as a conditioner. When rinsing, use cold water, and the color will come out well (but it will leave some stains on the towel).
When rinsing, keep rinsing until the red water stops coming out, and the color will be completely removed. Just rinse and wipe your entire head roughly. Avoid wearing white clothes (the color won't stain once it's dry, but if there's still moisture, it will transfer to the white clothes).

There's nothing particularly bad, but if I have to point something out, it's that when I stand up and apply the dye, it tends to drip down, so I have to do it while lying down, and my back hurts a bit. And I have to use a dark-colored towel to wipe it off later, so that there won't be any stains (of course, it'll come off even if I use a light-colored towel, but it's better to use a dark one).
