As someone with acne-prone skin, I tried this product on recommendation from my massage therapist. It's incredibly hydrating and feels so lightweight during daily wear - I barely notice it's there! My skin was in a state where the oil and moisture balance was completely off, with severe dead skin cells, excess sebum production, and deep dryness. It's sensitive, but I also needed to control oil, so finding a suitable product wasn't easy. This cream, however, was perfect - not too rich, with just the right amount of hydration, and it helped restore my skin's pH balance, which I really appreciated. As is typical with Fitz products, the absorption isn't great. It tends to sit on the skin, so you need to massage it in well.
