The formula is like Vaseline, and it's a night-type product that melts away when applied with your hands. Our baby's extremely dry skin was getting red and worsening from using the wrong lotion and cream, but completely stopping them left it flaky and white. After bathing and just using this, it's calmed down and feels soft and smooth.

I've been using it for the second bottle after buying it from Costco. My baby has severe atopic dermatitis and it seems to be dry eczema as well... I've tried Physiogel, Cetaphil Baby, Eucerin, and Miaebu, but they're all quite similar. When I mix this Egyptian Magic Cream 1:1 and apply it, the redness reduces a lot and the itching also decreases. My sister bought it and suggested I try it, and it's been great. I'll stock up on 3 more bottles on my way to Costco. It's really good. I'd recommend it to anyone dealing with dry skin issues or baby skin problems. I've been mixing it with Physiogel and applying, and the milia have reduced a lot, the flakiness around the nose has decreased, and my skin has become much softer. It's a holy grail product for me.
Cons
If it had a spatula built-in, it would be easier to use more hygienically. After applying, the lid gets a bit slippery when closing it. But you can just wipe it with a wet wipe, so it's not a big deal.
Tip
Mixing the Physiogel, Eucerin, etc. baby lotions 1:1 with this makes the effect faster. I apply it all over my baby's body twice a day.
