The disappointing part is the ingredients. I wish they didn't use the red flag ingredients and potential carcinogens, excluding the artificial fragrances.

The floral fragrance of this shampoo is so lovely. The unique scent is delightful and puts me in a good mood. The subtle fragrance lasts a long time.
