Pros
As someone with dry skin, this toner was really great at replenishing my skin's moisture. The scent is not too irritating, the ingredients are good, and it's an all-around versatile product!! The moisture it provides is really nice, and when I apply it multiple times, my makeup applies well! It's not exactly a watery toner, but has a bit of viscosity, so it's better for providing moisture than just wiping it off. It's great for dry skin types to use the 7-skin method with.
Cons
Those who are looking for a true water-type toner may find this one a bit heavy. I felt that way at first too, but after getting used to it, I'm now on my 4th bottle and have 2 more stocked up.

I often have acne and redness on my cheeks. But I didn't think this phenomenon was due to dryness, and using this toner, I've felt a sense of comfort that I've never experienced before. The formula is not sticky like mucus, but it's not as watery either. It has just the right viscosity to stay on the face without quickly evaporating. The scent may be divisive. I want to describe it, but I've gotten so used to it that I just think it smells like the Klairs toner. Personally, I really like it. 🌟 Using this product, my redness has significantly subsided, and the acne that used to crop up has calmed down. My skin texture has also become smoother... I think I'll be sticking with this product for a very long time. ㅠㅠ

I wish they would come out with a larger size. I've been using it as a skin pack, and it's disappearing way too quickly. It breaks my heart. ㅠㅠ And personally, the cap is inconvenient to use. It's such a hassle to twist it open. Couldn't they make it so I can just pop the cap open and have it dispense easily? Then apply your essence and cream to lock in the moisture. Within a week, you'll notice your makeup is applying better and your skin texture is different, in a good way. Pros
As I think basic products are the most important, I've tried various ones and came across Klairs. I've been using it for over 6 months without any major issues, and I'm really satisfied with this toner! It's often on sale, and even when it's not, the price is reasonable. I'm satisfied with it in many ways!
Cons
The only downside is that it's hard to tell how much is left. It seems almost empty, but I can't see inside, which is really frustrating.

Pros
I was lucky that the sample fit me well. As I have sensitive skin, even just using a sample can sometimes cause breakouts, but this seems gentle. It has moisturizing properties as a 'nose skin' product, and when I soaked a cotton pad in it and placed it on my nose for 3 minutes, blackheads came out easily - that was the best part. + I have an additional comment: The sample was great, but sometimes the full-size product doesn't have the same effect. This seems to be one of those cases. I'm worried about continuing to use it because it feels irritating and my face gets flushed - the active ingredients seem too strong. For those with dry skin who have thin, sensitive skin, I'd recommend being cautious when purchasing the full-size product and testing the sample as thoroughly as possible.
