As a mist-type, it's really great to spray it frequently in the winter. The moment you spray it, it takes care of the dryness, and even after it dries, it doesn't become dry again.
Cons
Fresh has some not-so-good ingredients compared to the image it portrays in marketing. It's a brand that's like a painted cake, knowing the effects. I'll only use this one bottle and won't use it again.

You can spray it like a mist and use it like a toner on a cotton pad. I really like it. And the Fresh Rose line products are overall very gentle, and my acne-prone skin is always in better condition when I use the Fresh products!
Cons
It's not oily at all, it's good for hydrating! Haha
