The lack of lather and absence of fragrance make it feel like I haven't really washed?

I end up using quite a bit of this since it doesn't lather much! Not sure about its cleansing effectiveness due to the lack of foam... But interestingly, the blemishes I used to get have disappeared. After showering with this and finishing with Physiogel emulsion, my red, bumpy skin inflammation is gone! The itching has stopped too!
