Pros
I used it for about a year and a half, and it was quite moisturizing, easy to apply, and didn't cause any issues.
Cons
I used it well for a year. When I started using it again after not using it for 7 months, it stung a bit..Now that I think about it, I had some inflammatory acne come up.

It doesn't seem irritating! It would be good for those with very dry skin~

If you're a bit ambiguous about dryness, you may need to try a sample. There's a bit too much oil content, so you could get some acne. I'm on the drier side, and I got some oily bumps after using this. Also, it feels like it sits on the surface rather than getting absorbed.

Pros
I visited a dermatology clinic for a skin condition and was recommended this product, which I purchased for 54,300 won. When used together with the medication prescribed by the doctor, it provided excellent moisturizing effects.
Cons

Pros
Purchased a 400ml German product. I only use this one and don't apply anything else. Well, except for toner after cleansing. This alone is enough to balance the oil and moisture perfectly. My skin is glowing like honey.
Cons
Those with oily skin should not use shea butter. And don't use this lotion along with 2 or more other products. This alone is highly moisturizing and oil-balancing, so using more will likely cause breakouts. But for my sensitive, dry skin, this is a lifesaver.
Tip
For those prone to cystic acne, I would not recommend this. If you must use it, a regular lotion would be better. The AI lotion feels even more oil and moisture-rich compared to a regular lotion.

Pros
You only need to apply this one product in the winter, and you won't have to worry about dryness anymore. It's incredibly soft and gentle, which I really like.
Cons
I've been using this product since it was recommended to me by a dermatologist 2 years ago when I was getting treatment for acne. But after my acne came back, I actually felt like it made my skin more oily, which wasn't good for my skin. The dermatologist I'm seeing now told me to stop using it, so I'm not using it anymore..

After using it, I feel comfortable and relaxed. It seems to be a bit less sticky, and the moisturization seems to be quite good.
Cons
My acne has exploded. It has woken up even the dormant acne, and now it's a mess with redness and inflammation everywhere - it's a huge breakout.
Tip
I firmly believed that the final answer for my skin was Physiogel AI, so I bought and tried it, but I don't want to admit that my skin has completely deteriorated. Once it all settles down, I might try applying it again in small amounts... Anyway, for now, it's the worst.

Pros
There's no product that can match the AI lotion in terms of moisturization! My skin is very sensitive and prone to breakouts, but this works great and keeps my skin in good condition. I've been using it for 3 years now!
Cons
While it's great for moisturization, applying it on the nose can cause an oil explosion and acne outbreak... Be sure to exclude the nose area when using this!

Pros
Even products that are said to be extremely gentle and suitable for even the most sensitive skin types have often caused my skin to react, but this product has not caused any irritation at all. Since using it, my skin has become incredibly soft and smooth!
Cons
It does seem to be a bit on the oily side... My skin does feel very soft and supple, which suggests there is a fair amount of oil content. As a combination skin type, my T-zone is slightly oily while my U-zone is dry. I've never had any breakouts in my U-zone, but I have noticed the occasional small blemish appearing, especially in the area between my eyebrows. Those with oily skin types may need to be a bit cautious with this product.
Tip
I really like applying this product generously at night, almost like a sleeping pack. Then in the morning, I just do a quick cleanse to remove any excess, and apply a light layer before heading out. This routine leaves my skin feeling so fresh and nourished!
